View source for Gas Spec Issues(TEG)

If the water content of the gas leaving the TEG dehydration process exceeds sales specifications, the following areas should be investigated:
*insufficient TEG regeneration:
:-insufficient stripping steam/reboiler heat input?
:-incorrect TEG recovery from TEG drain tank—too much water-laden TEG pumped to TEG reboiler?
:-incorrect TEG stripping column pressure?
:-contaminated or degraded TEG?
:-plugged TEG stripping column packing?
:-too low a TEG flow through TEG stripping column?
:-insufficient stripping (fuel) gas admitted to the small supplementary stripper?

*insufficient TEG circulation rate:
:-TEG pump speed too low?
:-TEG pump bypass lines open or passing pump bypass valves?
:-low level in TEG accumulator?

*different operating conditions:
:-lean TEG entering contactor too hot?
:-too high a gas flow through contactor?
:-higher water content in the incoming gas?
:-low TEG contactor pressure?
